Exland Insoles are designed to last over 6 months with regular use, and can even last up to a year, depending on your activity level and care. They are designed for a variety of wide-fit shoes, including work shoes, boots, training shoes, athletic shoes, and casual shoes, but are not suitable for small-fit shoes like soccer shoes. To use Exland Insoles, simply replace your existing insoles and ensure they are properly aligned within your shoes for maximum comfort and support.

Clean Exland Insoles with warm water, but do not put them in the washing machine.
